EMC will initially provide a free analysis by looking at certain contracts and carrier bills. These documents will be researched by Jennifer Savage to see how your current expenses compare to our benchmark expenses. Then we will provide you the results and explain how we can bring your expenses to the proper level. EMC will complete a detailed analysis each year to include a needs assessment, analysis of available suppliers and technologies. Jennifer will complete final negotiations on your behalf while taking advantage of our special supplier arrangements. The final results are presented in a Findings document for your review. Once approved, Jennifer will oversee the work of the selected suppliers and meet with you to insure that the contracted expense reductions are actually present. Copier/ Printer Expenses

EMC will initially provide you with a two-page questionnaire that provides us with freight data analysis and collection. This form will address annual freight expense and how freight falls into different categories such as; parcel, less-than-truckload, common carrier and international. The data is analyzed along with actual billings. There is a clarification conference to make sure that we are clear on how services are currently used. Once the data analysis is completed, Kraig Cesar will present the Logistics and Freight Findings document. The document will detail the savings opportunities that exist. There are no charges to the client until these Findings are presented. Each year a detailed Findings is completed to take advantage of new offerings and technologies. State & Local Tax
Peter Giroux will provide a free teleconference to address specific areas of interest based on your industry, size, and revenue. The discussion will target areas that we have historically had outstanding results. After the teleconference he will determine if there is an opportunity to impact tax exposure. This conference is free for qualified clients. Once a decision is made to move forward with an engagement, Peter will visit your site to research specific documentation. Within a couple of weeks a final report is prepared and reviewed with you to discuss the plan for new filings. Once approved by you, Peter will request the returns from the appropriate government institutions on your behalf. EMC fees are invoiced only after you have received the appropriate refunds or reductions. Organization Development and Training
